Crime Log February 10 to February 16, 2026
Residential Breaking & Entering
26008179: On 2/11/26 at approximately 11:24 AM, Somerville Police responded to a residence on Pennsylvania Ave for a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated the property is under construction and several line sets and shower valves were missing.
Arrest
26008717: On 2/14/26 at approximately 12:09 AM, Somerville Police responded to an apartment complex on Broadway for an assault. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated he paid to stay in an apartment for the night and while inside, he got into an altercation with two males. During the altercation, one of the males brandished a firearm at him and the other male kicked his dog. The victim then fled out of the apartment and contacted police. Shortly after, officers entered the apartment and located both males inside. A search of the apartment was conducted and officers recovered a firearm, ammunition and crack cocaine. Both males were placed under arrest.

26008539: On 2/13/26 at approximately 7:16 AM, Somerville Police responded to Broadway for report of a robbery. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated he was robbed at knifepoint by his former coworker. The suspect demanded the victim open his vehicle then stole his wallet and cellphone. The suspect then entered the station and turned himself in.

26008910: On 2/14/26 at approximately 11:52 PM, Somerville Police responded to a residence on Beacon St for a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated she was out of her house and when she returned, observed a light on and window open. She then noticed that earrings and cash were missing.

26008892: On 2/14/26 at approximately 9:46 PM, Somerville Police responded to a residence on Park St for a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated he was out of the house and when he returned, observed a window open and noticed several electronics and cash were missing.
Arrest
26009304: On 2/17/26 at approximately 4:46 AM, Somerville Police responded to a residence on Perkins St for a noise complaint. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated he got into an argument with his friend because he was playing loud music. During the argument, the suspect brandished a knife at the victim. He was placed under arrest.

26009213: On 2/16/26 at approximately 3:40 PM, Somerville Police responded to a residence on Summer St for a report of threats. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated he got into an argument with a tenant. During the argument, the suspect brandished a knife at the victim.
