On Sunday, November 2, 2025, I, Officer Dayquan Goodnow, was assigned to marked unit East-1. I was travelling on Broadway Street, a public way in the city of Somerville. I randomly queried MA registration XXXX (2020 Toyota Camry) from the laptop located in my cruiser. The registration status was active, non-renewable; however, the registered owner had a suspended MA driver's license due to a previous OUI-Liquor offense.

The vehicle turned onto McGrath Hwy. I activated my emergency lights and sirens to stop the MV on McGrath Hwy.  I approached the operator, identified as Haylon Cummings, the registered owner of the MV. I asked CUMMINGS for her license and registration, which she stated she could not provide because she did not have them. I explained to CUMMINGS the reason for the stop.

I asked CUMMINGS to turn her vehicle off and step out. I placed CUMMINGS under arrest and explained to her that it was due to her operating a motor vehicle after suspension. The vehicle was towed via Stephen's towing. CUMMINGS was issued a Massachusetts Uniform Citation (799085AD).

CUMMINGS was transported to the Somerville Police Department via unit 200, operated by Officer C. Fusco. She was booked in the usual manner by Lieutenant Isidoro.
